Had a doc’s appointment and the hardest thing to keep up with is weight. I started 152 then went down after few months to 141 and now I went back up to 150. I guess it’s time to start eating healthier and working out. Even though it’s so hard at first to keep a routine. 

Any suggestions on eating healthy or exercising?

    Start slow. Adding veggies and fruits in your diet will do wonders. As well as always drinking water. If you have access to a gym try weight lifting.
